Resumo

This work reports the activities of the UERN's Chemistry PIBID while applying practical lessons and seminars as auxiliary methodologies for teaching chemistry to high school students. This work encompass a case of study which was held at the Aida Ramalho Cortez Pereira State School, at Mossoró/RN, with 1º, 2º and 3º year classes. After the application of the aforementioned methodologies, student's feedback was collected aiming to assert the effectiveness of the approach. The feedback collected has show that the application of these methodologies significantly contributed to student's learning experiences.
