Abstract

Este artigo analisa as práticas de hospitalidade em cerimoniais fúnebres, com foco na atuação de cerimonialistas do Grupo Morada. O objetivo é compreender como esses profissionais articulam competências técnicas e habilidades emocionais para promover um atendimento humanizado nos rituais fúnebres, considerando os domínios comercial, social e doméstico da hospitalidade. Trata-se de uma pesquisa exploratória, com estudo de caso, baseada em questionário estruturado com escala Likert, aplicado a 15 cerimonialistas. Os dados foram analisados por estatística descritiva e análise de conteúdo. Os resultados indicam que a hospitalidade humanizada é essencial para acolher os enlutados e contribuir para a vivência do luto.
