This paper critically examines the IPÊ – Goiás Tourism Dashboard as a tourism information management tool, analyzing its evolution between 2021 and 2025 from the perspectives of institutional continuity, data governance, and public value creation. A qualitative case study was conducted through documentary analysis and comparative observation of the platform, focusing on institutionalization, methodological transparency, interoperability, ethics, and the potential reuse of information by policymakers, researchers, and market stakeholders. The findings indicate significant progress in expanding indicators, integrating multiple data sources, and improving the platform's interface, reflecting greater informational maturity. However, challenges remain regarding the formalization of governance processes, methodological traceability, updating predictability, and the strengthening of data governance practices, which are essential to ensure institutional continuity and user trust. The study concludes that consolidating the IPÊ Dashboard as a public tourism intelligence infrastructure requires permanent mechanisms for documentation, transparency, interoperability, and ethical compliance, thereby enhancing its contribution to evidence-based policymaking and strategic decision-making.
