Through the Tourism Observatory of the Amazonas State University (UEA), this study aims to demonstrate the importance of the Fund for the Promotion of Tourism, Infrastructure, Services, and the Internalization of Development in the State of Amazonas (FTI) for the social and structural development of tourism in the state, considering the origin, organization, and application of these resources. For this purpose, secondary data provided by the UEA Tourism Observatory, institutional documents, and academic studies were analyzed, in addition to information regarding FTI resources managed by Empresa Estadual de Turismo do Amazonas (Amazonastur). The data were obtained through the analysis of commitment notes from sources 01600000 and 03600000, available on the Transparency Portal of the State of Amazonas
