This study analyzes the evolution of the tourist flow in the municipality of Novo Airão, Amazonas, Brazil, between 2010 and 2025 through the digitization and systematization of records from the Tourist Information Center (CAT). The research is characterized as quantitative, applied, and descriptive, using the CAT's physical registration books as its primary data source. The records were organized into a digital database and classified according to visitors' origin (regional, national, international, and unidentified). The results revealed three distinct periods: growth in tourist flow from 2010 to 2015, decline between 2016 and 2023, intensified by the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic and the limitations of manual records, and recovery in 2025, supported by the adoption of electronic spreadsheets and improved information management. The findings also indicate the predominance of regional visitors throughout the analyzed period. The study concludes that the systematization of tourism data strengthens the Tourist Information Center as a strategic monitoring tool, supporting tourism planning, evidence-based decision-making, and the sustainable development of the destination.
