The objective of this work is to analyze how the expansion of eucalyptus occurred in the territories of Descobrimento and Extremo Sul, Bahia. Methodologically, the multitemporal analysis of the expansion of eucalyptus culture and pastures, the spatialization of eucalyptus culture and conflicts over water and land, and the use of socioeconomic data were used. The results show that selectivity and spatial reproduction enabled the expansion of eucalyptus culture and the generation of regional economic growth but did not generate spatial justice. It is concluded that the conflicts over access to water, access to land and access to better services for the less favored population involved exclusion, monopoly, and conflicts, solidifying spatial injustices.
